3. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

• Without verification, you CANNOT: publish content, withdraw funds, set prices, or access premium features.
3.2 Account Responsibility
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email and password).
• All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
• Immediately notify support@solofansnetwork.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3.3 Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:
• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Provide false or misleading information.

4. USE OF THE PLATFORM
4.1 Limited License Grant
SoloFansNetwork grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
• Access and use the Platform for personal and legitimate purposes.
• Publish original content that you own the rights to.
• Interact with other users in accordance with these rules.
4.2 Prohibited Uses ❌

a) Using the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
b) Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

d) Harassing, discriminating, threatening, or harming other users.
e) Publishing false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
f) Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
g) Engaging in spam, phishing, scraping, or unauthorized automated activities.
h) Impersonating identity or providing false information.
i) Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
j) Publishing child pornography (absolute prohibition and reportable to authorities).

5. USER CONTENT
5.1 Rights to Your Content
• You retain all intellectual property rights over original content you publish.
• By publishing, you grant SoloFansNetwork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, reproduce, and display your content on the Platform.
- Distribute and promote your content within the Platform for operational purposes.
5.2 Content Responsibility
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
• You warrant that your content:
- Is original or you have necessary permissions.
- Does not infringe third-party rights.
- Complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
5.3 Comments and Feedback
If you submit comments, suggestions, or ideas to SoloFansNetwork:
• You grant us unlimited rights to use, modify, and distribute such material without compensation.
• We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality or respond.
5.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right (without obligation) to:
• Review, edit, or remove content that, in our judgment, violates these Terms or is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Suspend accounts that publish prohibited content.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND WITHDRAWALS
6.1 For Fans / Viewers
• Subscriptions auto-renew according to the selected plan, unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel anytime from your profile. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed via PayPal or credit/debit cards through secure providers.
• Prices are in MXN and may change with prior notice.
6.2 For Content Creators
• Income distribution:
- 80% to the creator (subscriptions, tips, paid posts).
- 20% to the Platform (processing, hosting, support, referrals).
• Withdrawals:
- Frequency: Every 20 days.
- Methods: PayPal or Bank Transfer.
- Minimum amount: $200 MXN | Maximum: $5,000 MXN per withdrawal.
- Processing: 3-10 business days after approval.
- Verification: Two-step manual process.
• Taxes and Fees:
- Applicable taxes are determined based on your withdrawal configuration and jurisdiction.
- Your bank or wallet provider may charge fees for currency conversion or receipt.
- SoloFansNetwork does not control bank exchange rates.
6.3 Wallet
• Wallet balance is used by default for purchases if sufficient.
• Purchases CANNOT be split: if balance is insufficient, the FULL amount will be charged to your registered card.
• Wallet transactions are instant.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 SoloFansNetwork Rights
• The Platform, its design, logos, trademarks, software, and proprietary content are owned by SoloFansNetwork or its licensors.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without express written authorization is prohibited.
7.2 Registered Trademarks
• "SoloFansNetwork" and its logos are registered trademarks.
• You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

- User content or third-party conduct on the Platform.
• Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the last 6 months.
9.3 Special Jurisdictions
• Some laws do not allow exclusions of warranties or liability limits. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
