2. GETTING STARTED

2.1 Create and Verify Your Account

•        Sign up using a valid, real email address

•        Check your inbox and confirm your registration via the verification link sent to you

•        ⚠️ Without verification, you CANNOT: publish content, withdraw funds, or access premium features

2.2 Initial Setup

•        Go to: Settings > Last icon (far right of the menu bar)

•        Complete your profile with the requested information

•        CREATORS: Set up your payment method and subscription price (available only after account verification)

3. I'M A CONTENT CREATOR 🎨

3.1 How to Publish Content?

1. Go to "Create Post"

2. Add your content:

   • Type text directly in the designated area, OR

   • Drag and drop files (images, videos, documents), OR

   • Click the "+" icon to browse and select files

3. Set the access type:

   • Free: Visible to everyone

   • Subscribers only: Only for fans with an active subscription

   • Pay-to-unlock: Fans pay individually to view this post

3.2 How to Earn Money?

• 💵 Subscriptions: Recurring income from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans

• 🔓 Paid Posts: Individual charges for unlocking specific content

• 💰 Tips: Voluntary donations from your followers

• 🎁 Deals & Bundles: Special promotions to attract more fans

3.3 Setting Subscription Prices

• Set prices in Mexican Pesos (MXN)

• Offer discounts for longer-term subscriptions

• Fans can cancel anytime; you keep earnings up to the cancellation date

• Note: You cannot set prices until your account is verified

3.4 Payments and Withdrawals 💳

FREQUENCY: Every 20 days

AVAILABLE METHODS: PayPal or Bank Transfer

AMOUNT LIMITS:

  • Minimum withdrawal: $200 MXN

  • Maximum per withdrawal: $5,000 MXN

SECURITY: Two-step verification (manual process)

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Standard: 3-5 business days

  • Exceptional cases: Up to 10 business days

3.5 Commissions, Taxes, and Fees

INCOME DISTRIBUTION:

  • For the creator: 80% of earnings (subscriptions, tips, posts)

  • For the platform: 20% (processing, hosting, support,

    referrals)

TAXES:

  • Applied based on withdrawal configuration

  • Contact support for region-specific tax details

BANKING FEES:

  • Your bank or e-wallet may charge fees for:

    - Currency conversion

    - Receiving international transfers

  • SoloFansNetwork does NOT control your bank's exchange rates

  • Payments are issued in MXN and automatically converted

4.1 How to Purchase Subscriptions?

1. Visit the creator's profile you're interested in

2. Select your desired plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.)

3. Pay with PayPal or credit/debit card

4. Done! Get instant access to:

   • Creator's exclusive content

   • Live chat and private messaging

4.2 Wallet Credits

WALLET ADVANTAGES:

✓ Add funds once and use for multiple purchases

✓ Automatic subscription renewals without new transactions

✓ Instant processing: no waiting times

IMPORTANT:

⚠️ Purchases CANNOT be split: If your wallet balance is

   insufficient, the FULL amount will be charged to your

   registered card

⚠️ Wallet balance is used BY DEFAULT if it covers the full

   purchase amount

4.3 Unlocking Content and Sending Tips

5. SECURITY AND REPORTS 🔒

5.1 Reporting Content or Users

Steps to report:

1.      Go to the profile or post you want to report

2.      Click the three-dot icon (⋮)

3.      Select "Report"

4.      Describe the reason with details

5.      Our team will review the case within 48 hours

5.2 Blocking Users

•        You can block any user from their profile

•        Effects of blocking:

-          Blocked user cannot view your profile

-          They cannot send you messages or interact with you

•        This action is reversible via: Settings > Privacy

Q: When do I receive my payment after requesting a withdrawal?

A: Between 3-10 business days after processing. If this period passes, contact payments@solofansnetwork.com attaching your bank statement.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

A: Yes. You can cancel anytime from your profile. You'll retain access to content until the end of your paid period.

Q: Do I need to verify my account to get paid?

A: Yes. Verification is required to: request withdrawals, set subscription prices, and access premium features.

Q: What currency are creators paid in?

A: Payments are issued in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Your bank handles automatic conversion if your account uses a different currency.

Q: What if my payment doesn't arrive in my account?

A: Email payments@solofansnetwork.com with:

   • Copy of your bank statement

   • Payment processing date

   • Expected amount

   Our team will investigate the transaction.

Q: Can I use my wallet balance for any purchase?

A: Yes, as long as the balance covers the FULL purchase amount. If insufficient, the remainder will be charged to your registered card.

Q: Do tips and paid posts also generate income?

A: Yes. 80% of earnings from tips and paid posts are credited to your balance, just like subscriptions.

Q: Is there a limit on withdrawals per month?

A: You can request withdrawals every 20 days, respecting the minimum ($200 MXN) and maximum ($5,000 MXN) per transaction.
